CV Bay are a Recruitment Company who provide hard to find candidates to Engineering and Technical Companies across the UK. We are expanding and looking to hire candidates with strong Sales, Customer Service and Communication Skills. As a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer, you will help us source CV's by having conversations with people and assessing their suitability to a particular Job role.

This is a phone-based role and ideal for those with excellent communication skills and a passion for dealing with people.

Your day-to-day responsibilities would include:

• Speaking to Candidates: Confidently reaching out to candidates, building a rapport and discussing job opportunities via phone calls, voicemails, Whats App's and email.
• Job Specs: Learning to read and interpret engineering Candidates CVs to match them with client job specifications, particularly for roles in maintaining and repairing machinery.
• Proactive Sourcing: Using the online job boards like Indeed, CV Library, Reed, Total Jobs, and LinkedIn to find CV's of Candidates with the desired skills.
• Interviewing: Conducting thorough pre-screening interviews to ensure candidates are the perfect fit for roles.
• Technology: Using our MS Word, Outlook and our internal Recruitment Software to maintain accurate records.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Communication: Exceptional phone manner with the ability to build rapport and deliver persuasive messages.
• Sales Expertise: A natural ability to sell and convince candidates to engage with job opportunities.
• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail when matching candidates' CVs with job descriptions.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology, including MS Office 365, social media platforms, and our AI recruitment tools.
• Competitive & Driven: Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment where meeting targets is key.
• Adaptable: Willing to take calls outside of typical work hours when necessary to meet client needs.
