Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound calls to potential customers to successfully close sales and negotiate best prices
  • Gain feedback from potential customers following visits to ensure they are satisfied with the product range and to quickly address concerns
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring all visits are followed up and all activity is recorded
  • Prepare sales reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and showcasing sales performance
  • Work with the wider sales and marketing team to develop engaging marketing materials that align with the target audience

Sales Executive Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience gained in a sales/business development role
  • Demonstrable experience of working towards KPIs along with a proven history of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills, able to influence and successfully close sales over the phone
  • Customer-focused with the ability to deliver an exceptional and memorable service for all customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literate, confident using MS Office packages
