Joining an established team of telephone advisors, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Manager, reporting to the Head of Sales & Operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to change lives through distance learning - supporting individuals in choosing the right course for them!

Full time:Permanent role, Mon - Fri (2 week rota 9-5.30pm/ 10.30-7pm/ plus occasional weekend and bank holiday cover))

Location: Solihull (Near NEC, B37)

Salary: Inclusive of a basic salary of?up to£38,000, +?excellent commission structure?with potential earnings of circa?£50,000

What it’s all about…

  • Supporting and motivating the team in meeting and exceeding individual and team targets and KPI’s
  • Managing your own leads to hit target, and covering team leads when required
  • Supporting the team in managing their KPI’s
  • Weekly reporting and reviewing of sales and team performance
  • Leading a monthly sales meeting to review the previous month and plan for the month ahead
  • Pre plan team incentives on a monthly basis
  • Contributing towards team rota schedules
  • Ensuring call process is followed and reviewed
  • Work closely with the Training and Development Manager to plan training and coaching sessions

What we need from you…

  • Proven experience in successfully supporting a team and driving performance
  • Experience in a target driven environment, leading from the front and setting an example
  • A desire to go above and beyond to ensure targets achieved
  • Can prioritise and handle multiple tasks to support the role and team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a variety of audiences
  • Good reporting and analytical skills
  • Are highly self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to achieve targets
  • Experience using Hubspot, or other CRM reporting systems
