Sales Manager EMEA - Responsibilities & Requirements
- The successful candidate will ideally have direct experience selling into the industrial application space
- Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment and possess a strategic and commercial mindset
- Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and senior stakeholders
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Negotiating contracts, service agreements and pricing to close deals whilst keeping a focus on long-term partnerships
- Must possess the ability to acquire, interpret and understand technical information.
- Effective use of CRM tool
- Able to achieve input targets in line with set budget
- Must be able to identify how market trends and technologies within the industries are changing along with any challenges and opportunities
- Preparing quotations for customers by utilising relevant software
- Responsible for providing accurate forecasts
- Must be collaborative in approach in order to liaise effectively with product development and engineering departments
- Ensure consistent quality of service
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
