Sales Manager EMEA - Responsibilities & Requirements

  • The successful candidate will ideally have direct experience selling into the industrial application space
  • Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment and possess a strategic and commercial mindset
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and senior stakeholders
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Negotiating contracts, service agreements and pricing to close deals whilst keeping a focus on long-term partnerships
  • Must possess the ability to acquire, interpret and understand technical information.
  • Effective use of CRM tool
  • Able to achieve input targets in line with set budget
  • Must be able to identify how market trends and technologies within the industries are changing along with any challenges and opportunities
  • Preparing quotations for customers by utilising relevant software
  • Responsible for providing accurate forecasts
  • Must be collaborative in approach in order to liaise effectively with product development and engineering departments
  • Ensure consistent quality of service
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
