Description
- Managing a team of 8 new business hunters
- Working closely with business leaders and operational managers to grow revenue, increase market share and deliver our clients to new businesses within our marketplace.
- Work closely with their Regional Team, in the field coaching, supporting and winning business.
- Sales Managers are energetic and have the ability to coach and enhance the performance of their teams, and still be as hungry as the sales professionals in their team to win new business.
- This team is focused 100% on new business acquisition.

- Based in the Midlands/ Yorkshire Area
- With the flexibility to travel across the central belt of the UK.
- Team management in a B2B, new business environment.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients requirements.
