We're seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our thriving manufacturing company specialising in cable management products and bespoke components.

The Opportunity

As our new Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and success for our internal sales team. You'll lead a dedicated group of professionals who sell our high-quality products through distribution channels and to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the internal sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery
