The Senior Marketing Executive
The incoming Senior Marketing Executive will be supporting the Head of Marketing & Business Development in the delivery of tactical marketing campaigns.
Important responsibilities include:
- Create and post content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Plan social media activities with team and PR consultant.
- Track and report on social media and marketing efforts.
- Manage website content using WordPress.
- Handle internal communications, including updates and a quarterly magazine.
- Develop client campaigns.
- Work with the PR consultant on key themes.
- Create marketing materials.
- Update case studies and team CVs.
- Ensure marketing collateral is current.
- Plan and manage events.
- Support the annual company away day.
- Maintain the events calendar.
- Manage CV and collateral libraries.
- Handle new hire and leaver updates.
- Manage awards submissions.
- Generate growth ideas.
- Assist Head of Marketing & BD as needed.
The Senior Marketing Executive
The ideal applicant must have the following:
- Over 3 years of experience in Marketing.
- Preferably with experience in Marketing for Building or Property sectors.
- Proficient in web editing (WordPress CMS), Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign), Canva, and email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO and social media strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and lead projects.
- Effective at multitasking and prioritizing workload.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the UK as required.
- Must have a driving license and vehicle.
