Gleeson are delighted to be exclusively partnering with an exciting property development business in their search for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team.

Our client work with property developers and investors to provide new residential properties across the UK. Their head office is in Birmingham and they were created in 2018. In the last 6 years, they have continued to grow and have supported property developers in creating brand new residential properties.

They are looking for someone who is a strong people manager (managing a team of 4), someone who is conversant in CRM (Hubspot) and someone who is a confident copywriter - if you possess those 3, key characteristics, we have a role for you!

What will I be doing?

You will plan, oversee and deliver full breadth of B2C/B2B marketing activity to attract property developers, nurture existing ones, drive loan applications, grow brand reputation and awareness. You will also manage the team and liaise with SLT. You may also be involved in marketing to investors. This role requires a strong marketing manager who will also be required to roll their sleeves up, write and edit copy, set up activity on HubSpot, post on social media etc.

Key experience and skills:

  • Experience of planning and executing campaigns, comms and marketing activity across digital, print, events, partnerships, PR.
  • CRM/HubSpot experience - to include system know-how as well as campaign and email marketing experience. ABM experience desirable.
  • Experience of content creation and delivery - written, audio and video.
  • Copywriting, editing and proof-reading of the highest standard - for print and digital, across multiple audiences.
  • Planning and project management experience; able to juggle competing priorities and deadlines and stakeholders.
  • People and performance management experience.
  • Experience working successfully with marketing agencies, freelancers and suppliers.

The interview for this role is 2 stage (1st via Teams and 2nd face-to-face). You will be required to be based out of our client's offices 3 days per week.

Paying between £50-60k, this is an excellent role to further progress your career if you're currently operating at Marketing Manager level within property or financial services.
