Senior Regional Marketing Manager - Birmingham
This is a newly created growth-focused role reporting to the Group Marketing Director, designed to elevate the regional marketing strategy and drive brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth across the eight main hub offices: Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham, Reading, London, Guildford, and Belfast. Historically, marketing efforts have been handled along platform lines or reactively by a senior leader. This new position seeks to proactively activate office-level marketing budgets, leveraging sponsorships, advertising, and events to enhance regional presence and foster collaboration across offices.
The ideal candidate will have the gravitas to engage with experienced office heads and senior partners while also being hands-on with event and campaign delivery. They must be a confident communicator, capable of managing regional marketing activities through partner meetings and balancing competing priorities across multiple hubs. Strong ideation and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to create campaigns that integrate seamlessly with internal communications, PR, digital, and event teams.
This role offers autonomy and creative scope, requiring a proactive, solutions-driven individual excited by the challenge of juggling multiple offices and tailoring strategies to different regional needs. While prior experience in professional services or regional service line marketing is desirable, attitude, enthusiasm, and appetite for growth are key. Candidates at manager level seeking a step up will also be considered.
The position is based in Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, or Leeds, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH, often at regional offices). Travel between hub offices is expected, and a 4-day working week may be considered for the right candidate.
This role presents a unique opportunity for a talented marketer to build a robust regional marketing framework, drive innovation, and make a significant impact on the organisation's growth journey.
