The Role

The Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a high performing sales team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves managing two direct reports, along with a wider team of telesales and remote sales representatives.
The primary focus is on driving performance, achieving sales targets, and fostering a motivated and results-oriented team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading, managing, and developing a sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Monitoring sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Providing coaching and support to team members while addressing performance gaps as needed.
  • Collaborating with training managers to enhance on boardingprocesses and develop team skills.
  • Presenting regular updates and forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Creating an enthusiastic, collaborative, and success-driven team environment.

Person Specification
  • Demonstrable experience in a sales management role, particularly in telesales managementor B2B environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate teams and deliver results.
  • Analytical skills to interpret and act on sales data.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A proactive approach to challenges and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
