Area to be covered: Central (Manchester to Oxford)
Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + £4,000 - £5,000 bonus
Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid or electric company car & benefitsThe role of the Specification Sales Manager - Floor & Wall Tiles will involve:
- Field sales role promoting a distributed range of wall and floor ceramic tiles
- Majority of your time will be spent focusing on protecting & breaking specifications via contractors and house builders
- Smaller element of the role will be spent generating specifications with architects, house developers and interior designers
- Once up and running will be targeted to turnover circa £1m
- Will be conducting CPD seminars
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Ceramic Tiles with:
- Must have specification sales experience with house developers, contractors, architects and specifiers
- Must be from the tile or associated sector for example flooring
- Contacts within tile fixers/ tiling contractors, main contractors or regional housebuilders is advantageous
- Go getter able to generate new business
- Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
