Account Sales & Specification Manager opportunity available with our client, a world-leading manufacturer of air & water pump systems for commercial, residential, and agricultural use, with a great package on offer, including a basic salary of up to £60k, a fantastic bonus structure for both company and personal sales, a company vehicle choice, 33 days holiday, and other benefits listed below.

This role will be a hybrid position completing account management and specification sales across North/North-West England and Northern Ireland, selling pump systems directly into major specifiers, consultants, county/local councils, health authorities, and government establishments (not an exhaustive list).

Due to the coverage patch for this role, the successful candidate for this position will be based across either the Midlands, Yorkshire, Merseyside, Manchester, Cheshire, and within close access to an airport for regular travel to Northern Ireland to meet with clients.

Account Sales & Specification Manager Job Requirements

  • A strong technical background within the HVAC and Construction sector
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of the pumps and water management sector desirable, but not essential
  • Confident and experienced in building relationships and selling into consultancies, contractors, and specifiers
  • Full UK driving licence holder

Account Sales & Specification Manager Salary & Benefits

  • Salary £55,000 - £60,000, negotiable depending on experience
  • Bonus structure for both company and personal sales performances, with OTE earnings of circa £10k
