Specification Sales Manager

£55,000 - £58,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100,000+) + £6,500 Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + Excellent Pension. Covering the East Midlands, East Anglia and Yorkshire

Location: Midlands (Field Sales from Home. Hybrid Working)

What You'll Need to Succeed as a Specification Sales Manager:

  • Proven success in project-based sales within the construction industry
  • Experience selling products like steel structures, platforms, gantries, GRP solutions, machinery, mezzanine floors, or similar
  • A deep understanding of the construction sales landscape
  • A consultative approach to selling
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

About the Specification Sales Manager Role:

  • As a Specification Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing key accounts and driving new business in the Midlands region.
  • You'll build strong relationships with large-scale construction contractors, M&E contractors, specifiers, and other key stakeholders.
  • This is a consultative sales role where you'll leverage your expertise to guide clients towards the best solutions for their construction projects.
  • You'll have the full support of a dedicated sales estimating and support team, allowing you to focus on what you do best - building relationships and closing deals.
