- Building & maintaining a long-term relationship with customers, and maximizing potential new revenue streams.
- Acting as the central contact for clients, field-based teams and Operations
- Manage and control the individual Customer tariffs and respond to quotation requests immediately to support securing the business.
- Strong background within International / Cross Border Express Parcels, Fulfilment, e-commerce, re-seller or 3PL Logistics
- Proven track record of Account Management within ecommerce / logistics distribution
- Focussed, reliable and hardworking individual with a clear focus on building and strengthening
- A real self-starter with lots of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality
- Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering great service
