- As a valued Member of our Network Leadership Team, you will contribute to our strategy and work closely with your management colleagues on operational issues across the business.
- As a Strategic Relationship Manager, you will engage, develop, and retain colleagues through effective management practices. Ensure colleagues have annual goals, regular performance and career development discussions, and ongoing feedback and recognition. Ensure awareness of learning opportunities, build an inclusive team culture, and support colleagues’ wellbeing.
- You will lead the team, from the front, acting as an escalation point and managing your own panel of Network Members.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Network Members' businesses - their aims and objectives and their personnel, in order to support the Network Members in accessing appropriate elements of the Willis Towers Watson Networks proposition, at the right time for their business.
- Work closely with selected Network Members across the UK, understanding their placement strategies, and working with appropriate Network markets, to deliver placement solutions.
- Work with our Insurer Partners, at an operational level, providing insight, identifying and converting opportunities, and resolving any issues with our Network Members.
- Deliver the budgeted revenue growth and operating income targets allocated to you and your team.
- You will need to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, leading through example, and mentoring, supporting and managing the members of your team.
- You will have good influencing skills, using informed persuasion to influence at all levels, creating “win-win” outcomes.
- You will be able to demonstrate good planning, organisational and time management skills, managing multiple Network Member and Insurer Partner relationships.
- You will have well developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver key messages at all levels, to both Network Members and Insurer Partners.
- You will be able to manage and maintain action plans, and ensure your team does the same - demonstrating an ability to show delivery against those plans.
- You will need an ability to analyse business plans, data and situations and provide recommendations and solutions.
- You will be very well supported in a wider team environment but will need to be able to work independently and to manage your team and your time effectively, whilst also working collaboratively with others.
- Put the interests of clients and the integrity of the market at the heart of the way you do business.
