Technical Sales Manager - Sensors - UK remote - field based - Perm - c£80K, plus bonus 20%, car /or allowance £600 a month
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our client’s growing Sensor business.
This field-based role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in technical sales, specifically in the sensors market.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from technical design support to account management, with a solutions-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business strategy to drive growth and achieve sales/margin targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Proactively identify and target new markets and customers.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales of sensors, components, or modules.
- Engineering or Electronics Degree (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
