Are you a Technical Sales Manager or Commercially minded Service Engineer then this role is for you, working for a cutting-edge automated machinery manufacturer who are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to grow their after sales and technical machinery support services to existing and new clients.Â
 What You Will Do:
- Lead the management and growth of service contract coverage for an extensive range of cutting-edge machinery, including sawing, milling, welding, cleaning, and automation solutions.
- Drive sales of spare parts packages, machine upgrades and modifications, software programming opportunities, and machine relocation quotations.
- Develop and implement strategies for new business growth, contract development, and customer retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all after sales products and services, fostering strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative service solutions that meet evolving market demands.
- Analyze market trends and competitive offerings to identify new service opportunities and enhance customer value.
What You Will Bring:
- Demonstrated experience in promoting and selling technical products and services using a features and benefits methodology.
- Proven ability in developing ROI profiles for technical service products and managing sales pipelines.
- Strong technical service acumen, preferably in a capital machinery environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and a valid driving licence.
- Technical experience within the fenestration industry or a similar capital machinery environment.
-Strong engineering background with strong understanding of electrical, mechanical and automated products.Â
This role is not just about growing the company's service contract portfolio; it's about being a part of a team that values innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction above all. With a basic salary of £50,000 to £55,000 plus Car Allowance & Bonus, including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and pension scheme.Â
