Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a designated sales territory, nurturing both new and existing client relationships
- Proactively identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Present and sell the company's products/services in a consultative, solution-oriented manner
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and expand your client base
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve business goals
- Regularly report on sales performance and market trends
What We're Looking For:
- Proven field sales experience, ideally with a background in wholesale or retail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a solutions-driven mindset
- A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel within the designated territory
- Experience in retail/wholesales is a plus
