Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 + Bonus per Quarter on target (up to 3,000)

About them; This client is a leading distributor of HVACR products; they started off as a small business and have successfully grown into a 30-million group that is known within the industry for their quality of service. Although they are now a large group, they have not forgotten what got them there and still operate on a no red tape basis, anyone can have an impact in the business and they pride themselves that all voices are heard. They are in the process of some fantastic growth plans and have a key requirement for a Territory Sales Manager to join the team with plans to progress them into a Sales Team Lead.
This role will be covering nationally, so a central Midlands location is required.

Territory Sales Manager - Refrigeration Duties and Responsibilities Include;

  • Territory Sales Manager will be following up leads, generating new business and maximising opportunities with new and existing OEM customers for the sales of OEM Refrigeration components.
  • Territory Sales Manager will directly report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for looking after existing accounts and bringing on new business
  • Territory Sales Manager are tasked with generating sales of OEM Refrigeration/HVAC Components such as; Compressors, Condensing units, EC Fan motors & Axel fans, Line Components etc
  • Territory Sales Manager will be selling directly to manufacturers with the goal of implementing your product into there manufacture chain for a repeat of business
  • Territory Sales Manager will provide Support to existing accounts, development of excellent working relationships and meeting customer needs. Identification of & target new accounts


To be successful in the Territory Sales Manager - Refrigeration role you will need

  • Territory Sales Manager will need to have excellent Sales experience with a good track record of hitting targets.
  • Territory Sales Manager will need to have worked in the HVAC / Refrigeration sector for a minimum of 3-5 years
  • Territory Sales Manager will need experience with lead generation and winning new business
  • Territory Sales Manager needs to be located in the Midlands, Ideally Birmingham as they will be covering the whole of the UK, Overnight stays are occasionally required
  • Territory Sales Manager with experience in OEM sales and refrigeration will be advantageous but not required
  • Territory Sales Manager with existing contacts with HVAC Manufacturers also Advantageous
