This role will be office-based in Birmingham.

The roleYou will be dealing with property directors, facilities managers and purchasing departments in a purely new business capacity. With so many potential clients and a premium brand, success and ongoing career opportunities are assured for ambitious and capable people. You will work predominantly with the Group MD and Chief Executive to learn and understand how to sell FM, deal with leads, prepare presentations and also manage the bid, tender and proposals that must be completed including writing tender responses and completing Prequalification questionnaires.You will also be required to attend various FM events that generally include an overnight stay.The Company:
