Optimize economic and financial results of the company, in terms of business development focused on sales growth and profitability of sales; establishing and accomplishing business objectives assigned to the whole company, promoting company's mission and values. The Sales Manager is responsible for strategy and budgets.

Main Duties and responsibilities

Develops and implements commercial, sales and distribution strategies for achieving the company objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements, reviewing progress, making mid-course corrections, in accordance with the general guidelines from the Italian Headquarter.

Supports company departments in implementing sales strategies and achieving company objectives, facilitating change processes.

Manages and supports the sales network, providing all the tools and information necessary for carrying out its business, maintaining relationships with customers, intensifying exchange and interaction to consolidate and make the relationships fruitful.

Builds company image by collaborating with customers, community organizations, and employees, enforcing ethical business practices.

Ensures the supervision of the sales targets and network;

Periodical reporting to the Headquarter about turnover, margin, estimation on sales, etc.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Problem-solving ability, customer satisfaction orientation, organizational and planning skills, ability in numerical and statistical analysis, team-working skills.

Strong sales orientation, mastery of sales techniques and ability to manage commercial negotiations and to coordinate a sales network.

Preferably with prior experiences into the field of cleaning machinery or cleaning providers.

Habit of managing commercial relations with "K-customers".

Ability to analyse market variables in order to be able to draw up development policies.

Ability to define the positioning of the company with respect to the competition (product range, pricing and service).

Ability to deal with the parent company, in ordinary business and strategic decisions, contributing proactively and positively to the choices and implementation of decisions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Availability and attitude to travel with high frequency.

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
