Role Overview: As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to our key children. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the individual needs of children with ASD, global delay, and mobility challenges
* Planning and facilitating engaging, tailored activities to promote learning and development
* Building trusting relationships with children, families, and staff
* Observing and assessing children's progress, adapting approaches as necessary
* Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education
* Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN), particularly ASD, global delay, and mobility issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach to childcare
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
