We are seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join a thriving and Ofsted-rated GOOD Nursery School in Rednal. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a supportive environment that values professional growth and development.

Our client is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to start ASAP and continue until the end of the academic year, on a full-time basis, the hours would be 8:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday. The responsibilities would include supporting children across the preschool room with 3–4-year-olds, with occasional support needs in the toddler room with 2-year-olds.

Prior experience in a similar setting is required

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Work closely with the Class Teacher and other TAs to create a stimulating learning environment.
  • Assist in delivering engaging activities tailored to children’s individual needs.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Monitor and record children’s progress, ensuring alignment with the National Curriculum.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children’s development.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience working within a UK Primary School or Nursery setting.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related field is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and EYFS framework.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting Class Teachers and fellow TAs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on promoting a nurturing environment.
  • Passionate about early years education and committed to fostering a love of learning.

Working as an Early Years Practitioner for Flourish Education also offers you other excellent benefits, including:
