Flourish Education are recruiting a Nursery Practitioner to work in an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ Nursery School near Sparkbrook to join their support staff on a long-term basis. The nursery school is very child-centred and the children spend much of their day engaged in self-directed learning.
Our client wants to appoint a passionate Nursery Practitioner who has a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and encourages students to reach their full potential. The school is child led and free flowing meaning children choose to engage in a range of different activities, indoors and outdoors.
This Nursery Practitioner role will start immediately and will continue until the end of the academic year. The position is full time, the hours are 8:30am-3:30pm.
Required Skills and Experience for this Nursery Practitioner role:
- Experience working in schools in the UK
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience in EYFS
- Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children
- Motivating and encouraging the children
- Support with learning and development
- Commitment to the role
- Personal care is required
Working for Flourish Education as a Nursery Practitioner you will receive:
- £85.02 day rate to £100 day rate which equates to £16,578.90 per annum to £19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
