As a Nursery Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Class Teacher and Early Years team in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Working with key children to monitor and promote their development.
- Delivering engaging activities and sessions to children aged 2-4 years.
- Providing pastoral support to ensure the safety and well-being of every child.
- Assisting with the preparation of learning resources and maintaining a stimulating classroom environment.
- Contributing to assessments and reports on children's progress.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous UK school experience, particularly in a Primary School or pre-school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and a passion for supporting young learners.
- Experience working with key children and delivering tailored activities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
