Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a primary school based in the Kings Heath/Moseley area of Birmingham to recruit an experienced and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to work with children in the school Nursery.
This role will require level 3 or above qualifications for working with children or in Early Years education. The right candidate will work within a supportive team of practitioners and a class teacher, the responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: setting up activities, supporting children to engage with independent learning, tracking progress against the EYFS curriculum, completing observations, supporting with personal care where needed and support with the general running of the Nursery class.
Requirements for this role:
- Level 3 or higher qualification in supporting teaching and learning or early education (or similar)
- Able to work Monday to Friday on a term time contract
- Full and clear DBS certificate (Can be provided)
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
