Children's Centre Administrator Based in Hodge Hill, Birmingham £13.10ph Your new schoolA Children's Centre which deals with the local community and runs a number if children parent groups. The role would be a long term contract until March 2025 and would be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.Your new jobYou will be responsible for overseeing a particular grant fund. You will be responsible for dealing with initial enquiries and making outbound calls and assessing eligibility, submitting applications via an online portal, managing online enquiry lists and processing referrals.You will be have strong IT skills as will be using multiple inhouse systems and have strong communication skills. What you'll need to succeedFor this administrator job, you will need to have excellent communication skills and telephone manner with the ability to work in a pressured environment as well as an understanding of the importance of 'Child Protection and Safeguarding' issues when working on a school reception. You will also have recent experience working as a school receptionist with satisfactory references. Any person working in a school must hold an enhanced DBS check.
