The Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Project Engineer to work on small works projects within the industrial and retail sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to transition into a more senior position and take on greater responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee small works electrical projects.
- Coordinate and lead teams of electricians and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to project management.
- SSSTS, SMSTS, or JIB Gold Card qualifications (desirable).
