Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing complex projects related to the production and delivery of manufacturing components and products. The ideal candidate will have a track record in managing multifaceted projects from conception through to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

o Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources required.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure project milestones are met.
o Monitor and control project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.


Stakeholder Management:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
o Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
o Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.


Risk Management:

o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and objectives.
o Proactively address issues and resolve conflicts that may arise during the project.


Quality Assurance:

o Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and company quality assurance policies.
o Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.


Budget and Resource Management:

o Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
o Allocate resources efficiently, optimizing the use of personnel, equipment, and materials.


Continuous Improvement:

o Lead post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
o Implement lessons learned in future projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
