Our client has a great opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic graduate civil engineer in their office on the outskirts of Birmingham. The role will see you working on a wide range of exciting projects alongside more senior engineers, from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with team members to solve engineering problems
- Assisting with the production of engineering designs, calculations, and reports
- Working on projects from inception through construction
- Contributing to the development of sustainable solutions
What You Need:
- A Civil Engineering degree
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A proactive and ambitious approach to learning and career progression
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative
The firm has a Graduate Training Programme, and you will receive ongoing support and development to help you progress within the industry. You will also have the opportunity to join their ICE training scheme and work towards achieving Incorporated or Chartered status, with mentoring from experienced colleagues.
