Future Select specialise in recruitment within the Water Hygiene / Legionella Management industry, and we are working closely with an industry leading provider of Legionella Management services in the Midlands. Due to consistent growth, they are now seeking to take on a hardworking and professional Water Hygiene Engineer to join their continuously growing team. This role would suit someone who has extensive experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer and is looking to join a rapidly growing and expanding company where they can continue to expand their skill set and experience.
Candidates will have good access to the West Midlands / M6 and surrounding areas: Solihull, West Bromwich, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Nuneaton, Tamworth, Lichfield, Cannock, Rugeley, Stafford, Wolverhampton, Telford, Stourbridge, Redditch, Kidderminster, Stoke-on-Trent, Burton upon Trent, Shrewsbury, Worcester.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Successful candidate will have a strong background within the Legionella Management industry, working as a Water Hygiene Engineer.
" Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Able to communicate efficient with colleagues and clients of all levels.
" IT literate.
" Excellent organisational skills, prioritising workload in line with company and client need.
" Will have a flexible approach to work and excellent work ethic.
The Role:
" Carrying out routine legionella sampling and temperature monitoring on hot & cold-water systems.
" Carrying out inspections, cleans, and disinfections of CWSTs.
" TMV servicing and failsafe testing.
" Calorifier inspections.
" Closed system sampling and analysis.
" Carrying out cooling tower, steam boiler and secondary disinfection analysis.
" Carrying out remedial work when required.
" Ensuring work is being carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Updating onsite logbooks.
" Liaising with clients, providing support and advice when required.
