£32,000 – £42,000 + Benefits + Overtime + Progression

My client who is one of the largest environmental building services consultancies in the UK are expanding their Midlands team. They are seeking Asbestos Surveyor / Asbestos Consultant to join their division and work in a regionalised area across a range of sites including Care Homes, Financial Institutions, Local Government and some new build/refurb Domestic
My client is offering the successful Asbestos Surveyor / Asbestos Consultant the opportunity to progress within the company gaining further qualifications (P403, P404, P405) and the opportunity to move off the tools moving into either a planning role or project management.
Along a competitive salary (DoE) other benefits will include Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Phone, Tablet, Pension, Life Assurance, Private Healthcare, Overtime Opportunities, Further Qualifications.
Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor / Asbestos Consultant Include:
* Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys on sites in your region (region will be guided by your home location).
* Working on Commercial, Industrial and new/refurb Domestic sites
* Working alongside UKAS regulations and Company Policies
* Inputting your data through your company tablet
* Developing Client Relationships whilst out on site
Experience Required for the Asbestos Surveyor / Asbestos Consultant:
* BOHS P402 Qualified or Equivalent
* Full UK driving License
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Excellent Reading and Writing Skills
* Hardworking Attitude
* Understanding of all relevant legislations
