PROPERTY / BUILDING SURVEYOR - BIRMINGHAM/ MANCHESTER/ LEEDS - 3-MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT - HYBRID 1 OFFICE DAY PER WEEK

ARM is delighted to be working with a public sector organisation, recruiting for Property/ Building Surveyor with a 'property' background, dealing with rent/ lease renewals and asset management.

About You:

  • To be successful in this role you should have commercial property experience (both landlord & tenant), as well as a full understanding of government occupancy agreements.
  • Previous public sector experience is advantageous, with the ability to understand & follow a budget.
  • MRICs is desirable.

What you will be doing:

  • You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and analysing property data records. You will also update various records such as building asset plans, floor plans, critical date plans etc.
  • You'll work alongside the asset management to create occupation agreements and work alongside the transactions manager tracking dilapidation cases, business rates appeals etc.

What you can expect in return:

You can be based in Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds for this role on a hybrid basis. You will be expected in the office once per week, there will also be one or two meetings per month from the Birmingham site, so you will need to be willing to travel down for these.
