Assistant Building Surveyor

Your new companyYou will work for a specialist property consultancy based close to Wolverhampton. They focus on providing tailored services in areas such as strategic planning, building surveying, design and contract management, and health and safety consultancy. Their goal is to add value to every project through a passionate and imaginative approach. The majority of your work will be in the education sector, with some healthcare and commercial on top! They turn over close to £8million a year, and continue to grow their profits.

Your new roleYou will work as a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor working with their project work across the education sector. You will also work with scope of works, design specifications and drawings. You will work with small refurbishments as well as larger projects across the portfolio of work. You will be working with the seniors in the team to ensure you are supported.

What you'll need to succeedYou will have a building surveying degree or equivalent, and ideally with some experience in a building surveying capacity, and be keen to work in the education sector. You will be keen to be mentored and supported throughout your APC to develop into a Chartered Building Surveyor.
