The Associate Building Surveyors' role
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will integrate into a well-established, multidisciplinary team, working closely with a range of prestigious clients across sectors such as hospitality, retail, industrial, heritage, education, healthcare, sport, leisure, and office spaces.
This role involves delivering high-quality building surveying services, providing technical expertise, and maintaining strong client relationships.
As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to expand your portfolio across various markets while supporting the current team in delivering exceptional results. This position offers the potential to grow into a future Partner role, providing a clear career progression pathway within the firm.
The Associate Building Surveyor
The Associate Building Surveyor will ideally be a focused individual with a strong base of experience behind them.
- MRICS is preferred
- Both project and professional experience is ideal
- Previous business development, networking & management experience is beneficial but not essential
- A personable and supportive team player
