Description

As an Assistant / Building Surveyor with them, you'll be at the forefront of captivating projects spanning their core sectors: Housing, Education, Commercial, Care, and Health.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Looking for an individual with 1-2 years of post-graduate experience, coupled with a dedication to professional growth, demonstrated by your ongoing pursuit of an APC certification.

Services include:

Building pathology and defects analysis

Change of use (e.g. office to residential)

Cyclical repairs and maintenance

Defects analysis and strategy

Development monitoring

Dilapidation's (on behalf of landlord or tenant)

Office fit outs or relocation's

Party wall and Neighbourly Matters (acting as Building or Adjoining Owner's surveyor)

Planned maintenance programmes and strategy

Pre-acquisition surveys

Refurbishments

Reinstatement costs assessments (RCA)

Schedules of condition including photographic schedules

Technical due diligence surveys

Tenant alterations and licenses to alter

Vendor surveys
