Are you a Building Surveyor or similar looking for the opportunity to make your mark on a well-established Construction company within a technical role offering the chance to work on cutting edge projects with major blue-chip clients across the UK in a role offering ongoing progression opportunities as you develop?

This company are a well-established Construction company who work on varied and exciting construction projects across a range of industries. Since their establishment 24 years ago they have experienced continual growth and are now diversifying into new areas, due to this growth they are looking for a new Building Surveyor to join their team.

This is a varied role where you will work on a range of specialist projects nationwide as you liaise with site teams, clients and senior leadership. Your work will be split between office based work and undertaking site visitations with room to continually progress your career.

This company are known for looking after and progressing their employees and as such are looking for someone that they can mould into a future leader within the business.

This position would suit a Building Surveyor or similar looking to work for a well-established Construction company offering ongoing progression opportunities and training to help further your career.

The Role:
* Work on varied projects
* Preparing Quotations
* Negotiating Tenders
* Reading Drawings
* Specialist training provided
* Office based with site travel to projects nationwide

The Person:
* Building Surveyor or similar
* Full Driving Licence - happy to travel
* Commutable to Birmingham
