Construo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join a well-established and expanding property consultancy in Bristol. This firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality property assessments and expert advice to clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports.
• Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations.
• Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.

Requirements:

• Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI.
• Proven experience in residential property surveys.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving license.
