Building Surveyor

Your new companyYou will work for a Midlands leading consultancy who specialise in project management and building surveying across the education sector. After over 10 years of business, they have grown in size, and opened more offices across the Midlands. They dominate the education market and are keen to keep growing! Your new roleYou will work as a Building Surveyor/Project Manager within their Birmingham office, specialising in project management on education projects, as well as condition surveys and reports. These projects will consist of refurbishments, extensions and new build work. You will manage the projects from inception to completion. What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience in building surveying and project work, and education experience is preferable but not essential. You will be keen to work for a growing business, and develop your career with one of the market leaders.
