The Building Surveyors' role
The successful Building Surveyor will play a vital role in a newly commissioned project for a key client, where the focus will be on delivering high-quality planned preventative maintenance and condition surveys across a portfolio of care homes throughout the UK.
Additionally, this role presents a unique opportunity for the Building Surveyor to further develop the company's Building Surveying services in the Birmingham area. This includes enhancing the current project portfolio and expanding the client base, offering the potential to make a meaningful impact within the region.
The Building Surveyor will be part of a team that values growth and success, with the chance to contribute to both the short- and long-term goals of the business.
The Building Surveyor
The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be a confident and client-facing individual with previous consultancy experience.
- BSc/MSc ideally in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
- On APC pathway ideally (MRICS qualification would be a bonus)
- Both professional and project consultancy experience
