Cobalt has partnered with a leading advisory firm to assist with the delivery of several key hires for one of their most successful teams within the Occupier Management and Global Occupier services department.

The role of the Estates Surveyor in this team is integral to the successful delivery of commercial property management services to a key national occupier with a focus on retail. This role would suit candidates with a proven track record in estates management and key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance of the client relationship, Liaising with client advisors to ensure a positive end to end service is provided to the client
  • Assisting with the efficient running of the allocated operational sites
  • Assist with Ensuring efficient and cost effective running of client's portfolio
  • Ensure advice is provided thoroughly, accurately and within set deadlines, seeking assistance from colleagues if needed
  • Ensure direct and frequent client contact and reporting

The appointed Estates Surveyor must be able to demonstrate experience in Estates Management, with the ability to assist with sizeable and complex client instructions. Ideally having commenced your APC or recently qualified (MRICS), you will be a team player with effective time management skills and a solid understanding of how to deliver first-rate property management services to clients.
