Our client, a well-established service provider with nearly 30 years of expertise, specialises in Electrical, Fire, and Security Compliance solutions for both the public and private sectors. Their primary focus is on ensuring the safety of individuals, earning the trust of local authorities, housing associations, and emergency services through consistent fire and electrical compliance across numerous residences and public buildings. Their core services include:

- Scheduled and periodic maintenance

- Rapid response to repairs

- Testing and inspection

- Installation, renovation, and enhancement projects

Job Purpose:

The main goal of this role is to perform daily tasks to a high standard, adhering to relevant contracts, safety regulations, and company policies, while ensuring excellent customer service to clients and their residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Supervisor/Contract Manager, you will be the key point of contact between the company and its clients. You must possess excellent communication skills and strong technical knowledge in the fire industry. Your responsibilities will include:

- Servicing, maintaining, repairing, and installing fire alarms

- Servicing, maintaining, repairing, and installing emergency lighting

- Troubleshooting and rectifying faults

- Performing company tasks to specified standards

- Providing outstanding customer care to enhance the company's reputation

- Complying with company procedures and policies

- Timely reporting and adherence to quality management systems

- Practising responsible recycling

Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will have experience in fire alarm maintenance, installations, and repairs, preferably within the public sector. An FIA qualification is beneficial but not essential. Additional requirements include:

- Proficiency with tools, equipment, and materials

- Relevant trade qualifications

- Strong communication skills

- IT literacy

- Commitment to excellent customer service
