We are actively looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join a growing company on their Midlands projects on a long-term rolling contract, with up to 5 years work. The successful candidate will have a two out of four-week rota, flexibility in their role, and get paid per risk assessment they conduct.The successful Fire Risk Assessor will receive:
  • Pay per risk assessment conducted, along with travel fees

  • Internal training on systems that will be used

As the Fire Risk Assessor, you will be:
  • Conducting Type 1 and 3 risk assessments on low- and mid-rise buildings for a Social Housing Contractor.
  • Liaising with client to manage their own schedule.
  • Inputting data into the database ready for internal and external audits.
The Fire Risk Assessor must have:
  • 5 years experience in the fire industry
  • Experience working in social housing industry is desirable
  • Minimum Level 4 Certificate in Fire Safety
  • Experience conducting Type 1 and Type 3 risk assessments
