We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our client in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Fire Risk Assessment and have a thorough understanding of fire safety regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments for various types of properties.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for improving fire safety.
- Advise clients on compliance with fire safety legislation and standards.
- Develop and implement fire safety management plans.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and fire authorities as required.
- Stay updated with current fire safety regulations and industry best practices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent.
- Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., IFE, IFSM).
- Additional fire safety or health and safety qualifications.
