Are you a Fire Safety Surveyor, seeking your next contract in the West Midlands?

My client has an immediate opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join their Fire Safety Team on an initial interim basis.

Predominantly based in Birmingham and the surrounding areas, the successful applicant will manage the investment delivery of fire safety projects across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a programme of works to include managing contractors on site
  • Budget management
  • Quality control
  • Work closely with other project delivery and surveying teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, ideally with a technical or property background.

  • Recognised Health and Safety Qualification i.e. NEBOSH/CSCS.
  • Professional qualification in a building surveying, maintenance, construction, energy, or asset management related field.
  • Fundamental knowledge of the construction industry in general, and field of Building Surveying/Project Management.
  • Knowledge and application of Decent Homes standard and Housing health and safety rating.
  • Experience of contributing to writing reports, policies, and procedures.
