Exciting Opportunity in Commercial Property Maintenance!
Are you a skilled electrical engineer looking to make your mark in a dynamic building services environment? Our client is seeking a talented Electrically Bias Engineer to join their team in Birmingham.
Salary: 45K per annum
Working Monday to Friday 8am - 5 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical and building maintenance across high-end commercial properties
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance
- Work with smart building control systems
- Manage reactive maintenance and installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Be the point of reference for engineers in the team
- Supervisor subcontractors on site
Essential Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance
- Strong IT skills and MS Office proficiency
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
