We are instructed to recruit a Property Management Surveyor at Senior Surveyor or Associate level within their Leeds office. Role features:

  • Well established consultancy in Leeds with a client base across blue-chip and private property companies, private and institutional investors, corporates and family trusts.
  • Specialist team of expert property and asset management surveyors located in Leeds.
  • Local and National client base.
  • Excellent salary, benefits and car allowance

The opportunity:Great opportunity to establish yourself with a growing independent firm with a regional team of experts working together.Portfolio of predominantly multi-let office properties located throughout the UK in which you will be responsible for the largely independent day to day running. This will involve review and enforcement of tenant lease covenant compliance, setting, managing and reporting on annual maintenance and service charge budgets.Use of the latest commercial property management software, such as TRAMPS and YARDI system.Very good contacts within the Property Management sector and throughout the Leeds property market and beyond. Active members of networking organisations, professional development and business groups.
