TSA surveying is partnering with an existing client who are looking for an ambitious building surveyor to head up their expansion within their new office in Birmingham. This exciting role involves working predominantly in the public sector, specifically in the educational sector.


The client is searching for a highly competent divisional building surveyor to operate in and grow their midlands offering. The midlands office has been operating for just over a year, already has fees being directed within the area and is also the hub of their M&E offering.


The successful individual will predominately be responsible for providing estate strategy advise and manage the delivery of estate improvements and expansion projects in predominately an education setting. As an example, the company has recently completed a variety of projects which vary from £300k boiler replacement to £4m block replacement in an educational setting.

The ideal candidate will come from a building surveying background and will have either pursued professional development via MRICS or MCIOB. The individual will need to be able to demonstrate a strong track record in taking projects from specification through to delivery.


A clean enhanced DBS check is required for employment due to the nature of the work projects.
