A well-established Surveying Practice is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham due to continued growth.
The role offers a salary ranging from £45k to £60k, depending on experience, along with hybrid working options and a comprehensive benefits package.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years' building surveying experience and be MRICS qualified.
The Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys, managing projects, and providing advice on building regulations.
This position involves collaboration with various clients, including local authorities and private organizations, while ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines.

A well-established, industry leading, Surveying Practice that have been operating for over 200 years, are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team of 100 staff, due to continued growth. In return, they can offer a direct route to associate level, a salary up to £60k, hybrid working, 25 days holiday plus BH, Healthcare, Pension and more.

The Senior Building Surveyor will be completing a full range of building surveying services on both residential and commercial projects with a real mix of professional & project work. Clients include; local authorities, commercial clients, private organisations, PFI & Building Managers and Public Sectors. It is envisaged that the Senior Building Surveyor will operate from the Birmingham office, across sites and from home as required.

Senior Building Surveyor Position Overview

Conduct building surveys, inspections, and prepare reports.

Senior Building Surveyor Position Requirements

Relevant degree / qualification
Minimum of 4 years' building surveying experience
Able to commute to Birmingham twice a week
MRICS qualified
Good tenure with private practice experience
